Dylan Borland - Managing Partner

Dylan is what some may call a Serial Entrepreneur... Starting, selling and maintaining businesses literally since the age of 12. Graduated with a Bachelors of “Science of Business Management” and a Masters in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Dylan founded D. Scott Ventures LLC in early 2006 and immediately began his long sought after passion of starting businesses and watching them succeed. Dylan’s investing concepts are considered unique and unorthodox by many however they have proven successful time and time again. He brings a wealth of creativity and new prospective to the firm. 

Louann Tran - Managing Partner

Louann comes from a strong family business background and brings a wealth of information with her from the Asian markets. Louann has participated in her family’s businesses and investments from an early age and brings a great skill set with her to the team. Louann is exceptionally keen on investment risk and tends to bring a conservative balance to the mix. 

Tony Tran - Managing Partner

Tony also comes from a strong family business background. Tony specializes in risk calculation, accounting and finances and is exceptional at keeping a close on profits and losses. Tony has a natural ability to determine the right time to enter and exit a business and brings a handful of unique skills to the team.
